I bought a bbq yesterday. I'd say this will be re best purchase of the summer. We bbqed at our friend Fernandos house, which sits next to the port and had a grand time. Showed these spainards how the Americans handle shit.

 Dinner is served!   it tasted better than it looks .... Ha we had dorado stuffed with time, asparagus and cebollitas a la plancha, my famous enough basque sheep headers bread and a salad the consisted of butter lettuce, radishes, avocado and some secret sauce!!!

 And for dessert. We had, pears, some yellow nectarine, bleu cheese, manchego, a goats cheese and to top it off tourone of almond and chocolate. And some "special cake" provided by our lovely Argentinian friend

It's way to hot here to even imagine cooking in our tiny ass kitchen! So a little improve works wonders. I can't wait for our next feast!!! Stay tuned
