I had the pleasure of hosting my first Sunday Supper at Establish near the beach. it was alovely affair with bright happy faces, laughing, eating lots and just plain having fun. 

The menu consisted of. 

Beer Starter: fieldworks Baja hammock ale

with: Deviled Eggs topped with jamon Serrano  

Pickled Stuff and Roasted Almonds from my families farm in Le Grand, California. The Huepel Family Farm

 

Next on to the Main: 

wine: dehasa gago a Tempranillo brought to us by telmo Rodriguez. An organic wine from Spain of the Toro varietal. Grown in bushels and picked by hand, it paired nicely with the. 

carnitas

french fries/ sauces

"petes" basque chili beans

and the Basque sheepherders bread
